Freddie Ljungberg on the move
Nothing official yet, but it looks like Freddie Ljungberg is in talks with other European clubs and will be leaving London. Ljungberg confirmed today that he isn’t interested in staying in the Prem. Serie A side Fiorentina looks to be the likely home for the 30 year old Swede.
As much as I love Freddie, I think this deal is a year too late. Ljungberg was out with injury last season more than he was in, and when he did play he looked far from his best. I suspect his stock has gone down rather than up in the past year.
