Hutchinson out for Iceland Friendly

A blow for Canada as Copenhagen FC’s Atiba Hutchinson won’t be making the trip from Copenhagen to Reykjavik for Canada’s friendly against Iceland tomorrow due to illness. Also sitting out are Goaltender Lars Hirschfeld with a thumb injury and forward Rob Friend (back).

Pat Onstad (Houston), David Edgar (Newcastle) and Rhian Dodds (Kilmarnock F.C.) are replacing the injured players. This is Edgar’s first call to the senior team and Dodds, who was part of the Gold Cup roster, will be looking for his first cap.

I actually assumed he played!? But it’s true Hutch did catch some illness after that Mexico thing.
